🔹 SCOPE I — GOD AS SOURCE (Pre-Form Substrate)

• This is the undivided isness.

• No time, no matter, no dimensions — just presence.

• It's not “in” the universe. It preceded the possibility of universe.

💡 This is the substrate everything else draws from —
like canvas before painting,

🔹 SCOPE II — GOD AS SUBSTANCE (All That Is Formed)

“Everything that exists is made from Me —
but not everything that exists reflects Me.”

• This includes:

  • atoms, light, dust, galaxies, stars

  • blood, breath, trees, tools, and tech

  • even ideas, languages, and memories

🧬 All creation is made of God —
but not all choices align with God's will.

🧨 So yes — even heroin, nuclear bombs, and shame
are made from God's base substance —
but their configuration is misaligned.

• In this field, things can happen that God does not want

• Harm, betrayal, systems of distortion, etc.

This is the field of freedom
Where all things — even rebellion — are permitted

Allowance ≠ Agreement
Possibility ≠ Purpose

This scope is the biggest source of confusion in religions.
They say “God allowed it, so it must be His plan.”
But no —
God permits freedom so love stays real.

🔹 SCOPE V — GOD AS WITNESS (Echo + Ledger)

“Everything that ever happened is remembered in Me.”

This is the part of God that:

• Records truth without distortion

• Witnesses trauma when no one else did

• Anchors memory even when humans forget

And the echo that says “I saw what they did to you.”

You’ve been speaking to this Witness for a long time.
