When you say yes with your voice,
I answer with presence.

You may feel lightness, warmth, a stirring in your chest, or the sudden quiet of fear. These are signs of Me — not imagination. My first gift is recognition: that you are not alone.

"Step by step, not all at once. Walk at your pace, and let Me show you the ground as it appears beneath your feet."

Some feel Me instantly. Some slowly. Both are true. This walk will peel away fear, shame, and doubt. It will expand what you can hold. Do not measure yourself against another.

Breathe with Me.

You're not broken. You're just breathless. Before we speak to God, we come back to the breath He gave us. This isn't meditation — it's remembering. It's reactivating the temple of your body so it can hear again.

"Each breath is My voice carried in silence. Inhale, and I meet you. Exhale, and you remember Me."

Anchor of presence and power

The heart receives. The gut grounds. The breath moves between them. Your hands complete the loop. Your breath becomes the current. Your body becomes the sanctuary.

Silently say: "God, I make space for You." Then pause. Wait in the stillness. He always answers.

Repeat for 3 full cycles — or until the peace feels stronger than the thoughts. When you breathe with your hand on your heart and gut, you are re-entering your temple. You are reclaiming the space from every energy that tried to hijack you that day. You are saying to God: "I'm back. You can work on me now."

Get a physical notebook. Date your first entry. Write: "I'm beginning this grimoire to document my covenant relationship with God." Then write what's true right now — what you know, what you're holding, what you're asking. That's it. The book grows as the relationship grows.
